For people who train seriously

One workout. Every movement. One rhythm.

Timers, strength programs, mobility, Pilates and nutrition in one premium tool — for people who train seriously and love tracking their progress. One subscription instead of four.

Kadence — Nutrition diary
Kadence — Seven-minute circuits
Kadence — Training home screen
In 36 seconds

Your training. Your rhythm.

App sprawl

You train with three or four apps in parallel.

An interval timer here, a strength log there, a mobility app, a calorie tracker. Four subscriptions, four designs, zero overview. Kadence unifies all of it on one primitive: a workout is an ordered list of steps.

The library

The workouts are already in there.

Not a builder with an empty screen: mobility routines, HIIT circuits, Pilates sequences, jump training, isometric holds and the named benchmark WODs — every one a complete workout the player runs step by step. From four minutes to forty.

This is how it feels.

Privacy

Your training data stays on your device.

Kadence is offline-first: training, log, history and statistics work without a network and without an account, and your training data only reaches our servers if you turn on the optional cloud backup. On its own, the app only connects to check your subscription and for updates, to load new catalogue content and, once a day, to send usage counts without a persistent ID — which you can turn off. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties; we count visits with our own tool, without storing IP addresses.

The math

Four subscriptions. Or one.

Category What you need today Kadence
Interval timers & WODs A timer app All formats + 27 named WODs
Strength log & programs A strength app Full log + 5/3/1, PPL & more
Mobility & Pilates A mobility app 60+ exercises, routines, full Pilates category
Nutrition & barcode A nutrition app Barcode scan tuned for German retail

Feature depth per category — everything in one app instead of one app per category.

A tool, not a toy

No streaks. No badges. No feed.

Kadence does not gamify your training. Statistics state facts and goals are pausable without punishment. If you want an app that celebrates you for opening it, this is not it. If you want one that gets out of your way while you work, welcome.

Questions, answered.

What does Kadence cost?

One subscription, everything included: €0.49/month as the launch price until 31 January 2027, then €0.99/month for new subscriptions — subscribe early and you keep the launch price. The first 10 days are free and start automatically when you first open the app — no subscription, nothing to set up in the App Store — so you can try everything before paying a cent.

Do I need an account?

No. The app is fully usable without an account — there is no sign-up wall. An optional account exists for one reason: sync, so your workouts and history follow you to a second device or survive a device change. It stays opt-in.

Does it work offline?

Yes — offline-first is a founding principle. Training, log, history and statistics never need a network. Online features such as food search, sharing, feedback and the optional account with sync only connect when you use them; checking your subscription, looking for updates and the usage counts you can turn off run in the background when a connection is available.

Can I bring my data from other apps?

Not for now. Kadence launches without an import from other apps — you set up your programs and favourites directly in the app. Your own data can be exported from the app at any time.

Which platforms?

iPhone, with a full Apple Watch app: live heart rate and zones, the running workout on your wrist, skip, pause and end from the watch, always-on display and a face complication — timed favourites even start on the watch alone. Plus deep Apple Health integration. Android is on its way: a closed beta on Google Play is waiting for Google’s approval, and you can already sign up for it.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Your data is yours — export it in the app at any time. You delete your account and cloud backup in the app, or without the app by e-mail; local data is deleted when you remove the app. The privacy policy explains what else is kept where.

How to delete your account

Ready when you are.

On iPhone now. Android beta: sign-up open. €0.49/month, everything included — the first 10 days are free.
